On behalf of provincial leaders, Vice Chairman Huynh Van Nhi had introduced an overview of Binh Duong’s economic and social development in recent years and highly appreciated the operation results of Taiwanese enterprises in Binh Duong province. He hoped that in the future the relationship between Binh Duong province and Taiwan as a whole, between Thu Dau Mot University and Pingtung University in particular would be enhanced in the spirit of cooperation, educational exchange and training high-quality human resources to serve enterprises in Binh Duong. Provincial leaders will create favorable conditions for two universities to implement programs and training plans.
On behalf of the delegation, Mr Huang Jin Sheng expressed his sincere thanks to provincial leaders in recent years for creating favorable conditions for Taiwanese enterprises operating in Binh Duong province. Through this working trip, apart from promoting and calling for Taiwanese ones to invest in the province, the educational cooperation between Pingtung University and universities in Binh Duong province, especially betweenThu Dau Mot University will be enhanced.

19 Aug 2013, Thu Dau Mot University and Pingtung University had signed
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the educational cooperation. Following the MOU, in the future, they will implement the study, culture exchange, translation, teaching method, making lesson plan, etc.
Besides, Binh Duong university will offer scholarships to students of Thu Dau Mot University who will study in Pingtung University.
