Addressing the signing ceremony, Tran Van Nam highly appreciated friendship cooperation between Binh Duong province and Eindhoven city and simultaneously said that the signing of MoU is a very important milestone for spurring friendship relation and mutual understanding of the two localities.
Based on the signed agreements, leaders of Binh Duong province and Eindhoven city believed in good results of exchange and cooperation activities spurred by the two localities.
Eindhoven is the Netherlands’ 5th biggest city with the population of more than 213,000. Eindhoven mainly develops industrial sector with huge electric companies such as Philips, DAF Trucks. This is a smart city – technology hub of the EU. Aside from cooperation with Eindhoven city, Binh Duong provincial administration coordinates with 7 other localities such as Japan’s Yamaguchi province, Korea’s Daejeon city, China’s Guangzhou city, Italia’sEmilia Romagna region, France’s Rhones-Alpes region, Lao’s Champasak province, Cambodia’s Kratie province.
